After a decade of total social media absence, Josh Hartnett has finally appeared in a promo video… and the first thing he does is admit he has no idea what’s going on.
"When your team insists on a social media content day to promote your new film, Fight or Flight, but you don’t get any of these viral trends," reads the caption — posted by the official account of the film that’s already rocking a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
And he really doesn’t. Hartnett looks like a man who’s just been told what TikTok is five minutes ago and still isn’t convinced it’s real.
But here’s the twist: Fight or Flight isn’t your standard "one man versus a plane full of bad guys" flick… or maybe it is, and somehow that still works. Hartnett plays an ex-Secret Service agent on a long-haul flight from Bangkok to San Francisco, which just so happens to be packed with assassins — all targeting the same person he’s been assigned to track. Chaos at cruising altitude? Absolutely. But critics are loving it.
Fight or Flight is set to hit theatres on May 9, 2025.
