What could have possibly driven 80-year-old Harrison Ford to yell and pull faces as the new Hulk in Captain America: Brave New World? The reason is as simple as it gets, and we can't argue with it. In a hilarious chat with MTV’s Josh Horowitz, Ford was either just venting or joking around — we can’t be entirely sure — but he did say it’s all about the money.
In response to Horowitz’s question about how he silences the voice in his head telling him he looks ridiculous playing Red Hulk, Ford just joked and said, "That’s what the money is for."
Horowitz continues, "So the money makes that voice disappear?" "Gone. Just like that.""Like magic?""It’s not magic. It’s commerce."
But before anyone assumes he’ll take any role for a paycheck, Ford clarifies that he wants to make sure the journey he’s on is one the audience will follow — something they’ll actually want him to be part of.
When asked if his contract explicitly forbids releasing behind-the-scenes footage of him playing Red Hulk, Ford doesn’t hesitate — of course, it does.
Then, with a perfectly timed squint, he demands, "Who told you?" The interviewer just shrugs — pure intuition.

In Captain America: Brave New World, Harrison Ford portrays Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross, who transforms into the formidable Red Hulk. In the film, Ross, now serving as the U.S. President, undergoes gamma radiation treatment to save his life, leading to his transformation into Red Hulk. This transformation results in a confrontation with the new Captain America, Sam Wilson.
