On the Warner Bros. YouTube channel The teaser of the horror Weapons, a new project directed by Zack Kregger, known for the film The Barbarian, has been published. It will be released by New Line Cinema Studio. The plot of the film revolves around schoolchildren from the same class. One night, all but one of the children mysteriously disappear.
The director also produced the project along with Roy Lee, Miri Yun and JD. The executive producers are Lifshitz, Rafael Margules, Michelle Morrissey and Josh Brolin.
The cast includes Brolin, Julia Garner, Alden Ehrenreich, Austin Abrams, Christopher Carey, Benedict Wong and Amy Madigan. Larkin Seiple was the cinematographer, Tom Hammock was the artist, Joe Murphy was the editor, and Trish Summerville was the costume designer.
