Pirates of the Caribbean — and a time traveller?
There’s a romantic moment where Jack stands at the helm, gazing into the distance like a true seafarer. But look closely, and there in the background is a man in modern-day clothes: white tee, cowboy hat, and all.
He seems to have wandered in from the set of a western, casually staring out at the ocean like he’s waiting for a stagecoach. Fans joke he’s either a ghost from the future — or Jack’s had a bit too much rum again.
On Stranger Tides, still not flawless
Another blink-and-you’ll-miss-it mishap: during a chase scene in the muddy streets of London, tyre tracks are clearly visible in the ground. Jack Sparrow’s seen a lot in his day, but a car would’ve truly blown his mind.
