Marvel is blatantly lying. The company refuses to acknowledge its malfunction, even when the evidence is clear.
The thing is, the first teaser for Fantastic Four: First Steps created quite a buzz, though not exactly in the most flattering way. It turns out that some mistakes were made on the movie posters — errors typically associated with artificial intelligence. And, of course, this didn't go unnoticed by fans. They spotted a glaring issue in one poster for The Fantastic Four: First Steps, where two people appeared twice in a crowd shot, and one character had only four fingers instead of five.
Despite this, Marvel representatives continue to deny any involvement of AI in the creation of the posters. An official rep told The Wrap that AI was not used in the poster design process.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps (2025) introduces Marvel’s First Family — Reed Richards (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm (Joseph Quinn), and Ben Grimm (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) — as they face their greatest threat yet. Tasked with protecting Earth, they must confront the cosmic devourer Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his mysterious Herald, the Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). As the battle turns personal, the team’s unity is put to the test. Directed by Matt Shakman, the film also features Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne, and Sarah Niles in supporting roles.
