The film has also earned praise for its striking visual aesthetics and captivating performances. Time Out echoed this, referring to the movie as a "visual feast" and noting the memorable musical numbers and lively colour palette. Similarly, MovieMaze commended the adaptation for providing a "new perspective on a beloved tale with stunning visuals and strong performances."
