The actor from Star Wars portrayed a record number of characters. However, he pointed out one detail that really hindered his enjoyment of the process.
Kevin Thompson, a stuntman who recently appeared in Return of the Jedi, an episode of the Star Wars universe, portrayed a record 20 characters. Yes, you read that right — 20 characters. He portrayed the Ewoks, small, furry creatures that resemble teddy bears.

Known for their loyalty and bravery, the Ewoks played a pivotal role in the battle against the Empire in Return of the Jedi. Despite their small stature, they were fierce warriors, often using primitive tools and clever tactics to overcome their enemies.
In a recent episode of Pod Meets World, hosted by Rider Strong, Danielle Fishel, and Will Friedle, Thompson opened up about the difficulties he faced during the filming. The biggest challenge, he revealed, was dealing with the heavy costumes. He described the experience of wearing the Ewok suit in detail, saying,
"We were little bears, space bears. We had a two-inch fat suit from the wrist to our ankles in three different pieces. It was a chestpiece, and then two pork chop legs. Then you put a fur coat over that, latex feet, latex hands, and lastly, a latex mask with plastic eyes that would fog up as soon as you put it on, and a 16-inch inseam."
Thompson added that most bushes on set were higher than their inseams, and his was actually longer than the average for the little people involved. Some of them were only 36 inches tall, meaning their inseams were much shorter.
