Running Point, the latest comedy series from Mindy Kaling, is set to premiere on Netflix on February 27, 2025. The show stars Kate Hudson as Isla Gordon, a former party girl who unexpectedly inherits the role of president of her family's NBA franchise, the Los Angeles Waves.

As she steps into this challenging position, Isla must navigate complex family dynamics, athlete egos, and her own personal growth to restore the team's former glory.

A Star-Studded Cast

The ensemble cast includes Brenda Song as Ali Lee, Isla's close friend and the team's PR expert; Drew Tarver as Sandy Gordon, Isla's brother and the team's CFO; Scott MacArthur as Ness Gordon, another of Isla's brothers; and Max Greenfield as Lev Levy, a sports agent entangled in the team's affairs.
