Netflix's acclaimed animated anthology, Love, Death & Robots, is set to return with its fourth volume on May 15, 2025. The newly released trailer teases a collection of ten diverse and imaginative stories, continuing the series' tradition of blending cutting-edge animation with thought-provoking narratives.
Among the highlights is 'Can't Stop', directed by executive producer David Fincher. This episode offers a surreal homage to the Red Hot Chili Peppers' 2003 concert at Slane Castle, featuring the band members as animated marionettes voiced by the musicians themselves. Another standout is 'The Screaming of the Tyrannosaur', directed by Tim Miller, which showcases gladiatorial battles between genetically modified dinosaurs, with appearances by MrBeast and Bai Ling.
The season also includes 'The Other Large Thing', a satirical tale about a cat's quest for world domination, aided by a robot butler voiced by John Oliver. With its eclectic mix of stories and styles, Volume 4 promises to deliver the series' signature blend of science fiction, horror, and dark comedy.
