Bruce Springsteen opens up about seeing his life on screen.

Bruce Springsteen recently opened up about his thoughts on Jeremy Allen White playing him in the upcoming biopic Deliver Me from Nowhere. Speaking to SiriusXM, the legendary musician expressed his admiration for White’s dedication and talent, saying, "He’s got an interpretation of me that I think the fans will deeply recognize, and he’s just done a great job."

Springsteen also reflected on the experience of seeing someone else portray him on screen. While he admitted it felt "a little bit" weird initially, he added, "you get over that pretty quick."

His involvement with the film, which also stars Jeremy Strong and Odessa Young, extends beyond simple approval. Springsteen visited the set in New Jersey in November 2024, demonstrating his support for the project and excitement about the work being done.

The musician was particularly impressed by White’s vocal abilities, noting, "He sings well. Really well." This praise adds another layer of authenticity to White’s portrayal of Springsteen, known for his powerful performances and distinctive voice.

Springsteen also commended the overall production and cast, describing the team as "terrific" and expressing his enthusiasm for the project. While acknowledging that seeing his life and music adapted for the screen is unusual, he’s clearly proud of the effort and talent involved.
