Last activity 22 February 2026 I hold a degree in Linguistics and Translation from the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Tomsk Pedagogical University. In addition to English, I’m fluent in German.

My passion for cinema began in childhood. While I revere classic masterpieces, I’m equally drawn to arthouse films and A24 productions for their innovative storytelling and artistic daring. Wes Anderson’s work resonates with me particularly—I’m captivated by his distinctive visual aesthetic, evocative soundtracks, and the poignant eccentricity of his characters.

For me, language study transcends professional development; it’s a lens through which to appreciate art and culture more profoundly. I take great pleasure in watching—and rewatching—films in their original language, analysing clever wordplay in scripts and the nuances of translation.
