Is 'Poker face' Coming Back? The Second Season of the Detective Show Starring Natasha Lyonne Will Be Released This Spring

Still from the series 'Poker Face' (2023)

We are waiting for new investigations and sharp humor from the new film.

Peacock has officially confirmed: the second season of the comedy detective Poker face with Natasha Lyonne will be released this spring. Fans will be able to meet the eccentric Charlie Kale again, a private detective who can accurately recognize lies.

Poker face 2: new locations and unusual crimes

The creators promise that in the new episodes, Charlie's adventures will become even more ambitious. The heroine will find herself in the most unexpected places, from a baseball game and a funeral home to a farm with alligators and a talent show stage. This means that viewers can expect fresh intrigues, bright characters and, of course, the main character's signature style.

Poker face 2: star actors

In the second season, Lyonne will be joined by Cynthia Erivo, Katie Holmes, John Mulaney and other stars. Such a cast is simply bound to add dynamics to the plot.

Let us recall that the first season of Poker face was warmly received by critics and earned four Emmy nominations. In the end, the award for best guest role in a comedy series was received by Judith Light.

While the exact premiere date of the second season remains unknown, the first shots have already been published, which fuel interest in the continuation. All that remains is to wait for spring to hit the road again with Charlie Kale.
