Almost a year after Resident Alien transitioned from Syfy to NBCUniversal's USA Network, the premiere date for Season 4 has been announced. The new season will debut on June 6 as a simulcast on both USA and Syfy, a decision made following the show's renewal. This dual airing allows fans to enjoy the sci-fi comedy-drama on both networks.
In addition to Resident Alien, Syfy has revealed that its new scripted series Revival, starring Melanie Scrofano, will premiere on June 12. Both shows are based on comic series and will be available for streaming on Peacock one week after their linear network debuts.
Resident Alien follows Harry, a crash-landed alien navigating life on Earth. In Season 4, Harry finds himself imprisoned on Grey Moonbase while a shape-shifting alien impersonates him back home. As he escapes to confront this impostor, his friends grapple with secrets and mysterious deaths in their town.
The cast includes Alan Tudyk, Sara Tomko, and Alice Wetterlund, with guest stars like Jewel Staite and Stephen Root joining this season. The show is produced by UCP in association with Amblin TV and Dark Horse Entertainment.
