Heads up, Cross fans: the next chapter lands this week, and after last episode's Florida hotel rendezvous went from uneasy alliance to a lethal either/or, the stakes are somehow even higher. Here is exactly when and where to watch.
When Cross Season 2 Episode 5 drops

Where to watch
The new episode streams on Amazon Prime Video. If you're already in the Prime Video ecosystem, you know the drill: films, series, docs, a pile of Amazon Originals, plenty of international picks, and even live sports these days. Cross remains a Prime Video title, so that's where you'll find Season 2 Episode 5 at launch.
Previously on Cross: 'Harden'
Last week's episode brought two vigilantes together in a Florida hotel room, each convinced justice needs a sharper edge. Their connection makes them dangerous to the people they hunt and to each other, and the episode pushes them to a brutal line in the sand: only one walks out. Grim, tight, and not exactly subtle about the cost of playing judge and jury.
What Cross is about
At the center is Alex Cross, a homicide detective who is brilliant, relentless, and permanently pulled in two directions. He is a devoted dad and family man, yet when he is tracking killers he locks onto the job with near-obsessive focus. He wants connection, but the trauma of his wife's murder has him too scarred to accept it easily. That friction is the engine driving the show.
