The Librarians: The Next Chapter premiered on TNT with a special two-night event on May 25 and 26, 2025. Since then, new episodes have been airing every Monday at 9 p.m. ET/PT. This 12-episode series continues the beloved fantasy-adventure story from The Librarian films and the original The Librarians TV show.
The new story follows Vikram Chamberlain (Callum McGowan), a time-traveling Librarian from 1847 who ends up in modern-day Belgrade. When he returns to his old castle — now a museum — he accidentally unleashes magic across Europe. To fix the chaos, he teams up with new characters Charlie Cornwall (Jessica Green), Lysa Pascal (Olivia Morris), and Connor Green (Bluey Robinson). Fans will also be happy to see Christian Kane back as Jacob Stone in a guest role.
In the U.S., you can watch the show on TNT or stream it on platforms like DIRECTV Stream, Philo, and TNT’s official website. The pilot episode is even available for free on ElectricNOW. While exact streaming options for Canada and Australia aren’t clear yet, the show is expected to appear on major services soon.
