The star of The Notebook is trying her hand at a psychological thriller for the second time. Actress Rachel McAdams, who became interested in the film back in October, will be working alongside actor Dylan O'Brien in a movie directed by Sam Raimi.

It’s about two coworkers who are the only survivors of a plane crash and end up stranded on a deserted island. They have to put aside their past problems and work together to survive. In the thriller, she plays a woman who is kidnapped during a late-night flight and must find a way to escape her captor. The film blends suspense and psychological tension, marking McAdams' exciting entry into the genre.
Dylan O'Brien also has some experience in horror movies. He starred in The Maze Runner (2014), which is a dystopian thriller with horror elements, thanks to its tense atmosphere and deadly labyrinth.
