The first stills from Predator: Killer of Killers have already been released, giving fans a glimpse into this exciting new chapter of the Predator franchise. Directed by Dan Trachtenberg, the upcoming animated anthology is set to premiere on 6 June 2025 on Hulu and Disney+, offering a fresh perspective on the iconic alien hunter. In this film, the Predator faces off against some of history’s most formidable warriors, spanning across multiple time periods.
Unlike previous entries in the series, Killer of Killers features three distinct stories, each set in a different historical era. In the Viking Age, a fierce Viking mother must fight for her life against the relentless Predator. In Feudal Japan, a skilled ninja takes on the alien in a deadly game of stealth and combat. And in World War II, an Allied pilot comes face-to-face with the Predator amid the chaos of aerial warfare. These diverse settings highlight the Predator’s adaptability, reinforcing its reputation as the ultimate apex predator.
While Predator: Killer of Killers is a standalone story, it exists within the broader Predator universe. Following the success of Prey, it will be released ahead of the live-action Predator: Badlands, scheduled for 7 November 2025.
Though independent, Killer of Killers ties into the ongoing legacy of the Predator franchise, setting the stage for the upcoming Badlands, which stars Elle Fanning.
